It was a longstanding dream to collaborate on a print design with Mike and Yuri of Postalco and in spring of 2020 we made it happen. Subtle shifts in vertical and horizontal bars designed with cut paper and hand-drawn lines make for a wonky, wearable plaid.
The fabric was hand printed in Hachioji, Tokyo by 4th-generation master screen printer Hironobu Okuda. Two screens, two colorways. Made into brilliant Free Arm Shirts and handkerchiefs.
The first round of production featured a Green and a Grey colorway. For the second round of production in 2024, the options are Blue or Brown.
